Introduction
Developmental psychology does not just study the physical changes that occur as people grow; they also look at the social, emotional, and cognitive development that occurs throughout life. For the purposes of this website, I'll cover all major topics of human development from conception to early adulthood.

The concepts covered will focus on the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of development. Additionally, as a means to understand the theoretical foundations of human development I'll cover all major theories of human development from classical to the 21st century. Understanding the concepts of human development serves to aid us in our understanding of our own beginnings and how it affects our daily lives, as well as the lives of others.
